Coordinated by Frank Laxshimalla. Inspired by DIY Sangha, by Noah Levine. We are a Theravada Buddhist sangha following in line with the Thai Forest Tradition of Ajahn Chah.
Meets:  Every Sunday – check the website first in case of changes
Time:  10:00 – 11:30 am 
We start with a sitting, followed by listening to a recorded Dhamma talk by the likes of Ajahn Brahm, Thanissaro Bhikku, Ajahn Sona, Sharon Salzberg, etc.and then have a short discussion after.

Refuge Recovery is a program of recovery from all types of addiction and suffering. Using Buddhism’s Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path as its main inspiration and guiding philosophy, meetings are based on the book Refuge Recovery: A Buddhist Path to Addiction Recovery by Noah Levine. Meetings last one hour and include readings from this and other books as well as meditation practice and group sharing, with an emphasis on providing community support for members.
