Under the guidance of Shirley, the Bragg Creek Meditation Sitting Group was formed following the June 2013 floods. Meetings start with meditation followed by either a Dharma talk by Shirley or a recorded talk by a variety of teachers.

Weekly Tuesday sitting group in evening. Days of mindfulness on moon days (full, new, quarters) when teacher is available. Occasional retreats.

Happy Hearts Mindfulness Community | The Shanti Yoga Mindfulness Class has merged with Happy Hearts to create Happy Hearts Open Dharma Practice. These group sittings are now held weekly and also on some weekends. The group gatherings are offered by Dana (donation). Check the Mindfulness Edmonton website for contact details, sitting times and other events.
Lethbridge Metta/Vipassana group meets the second and fourth Sunday of
each month at 7:00 PM except during July and August.
Average 7 or 8 people per sitting. Open to experienced and less experienced meditators.
